PRODUCT: 18 100-pound bags of white corn flour and 53 100-pound bags of yellow corn meal at Baton Rouge and New Orleans, La. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the articles consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The articles were adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : August 12,1948. Consolidated Companies, Inc., New Orleans, La., claimant, having consented to the entry of decrees, judgments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered released under bond for conver- sion into stock feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
