Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of beetles, larvae and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: September 10. 1947. The Karl Baking Co. having appeared as claimant and denied the allegations of the libel, and an order having been subse- quently entered at the request of the claimant allowing it to withdraw from the case without prejudice to itself, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
