NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3). the article consisted in "1
part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta frag- .v
tents, insect fragments, and rodent hair fragments; and   (one shipment),!
Section 402 (a>  (4). the article had been prepared and packed under insani-1
tary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. 1
DISPOSITION :    September 20. 1948.   A plea of guilty having been entered, the 1
court imposed a fine of $450.
