NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted! 
in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect larvae, larval 1 
head capsules, insect fragments,- rodent excreta pellet fragments, larval east J 
skins, mites, and rodent hair fragments: and, Section 402 (a) (4). it had i 
been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions, whereby it may have J 
become contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION; April 3, 1948. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court-J 
imposed a fine of $250.
