ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about August 23, 1946, by the A. L. Bazzini Co., 
from New York, N. Y.
PRODUCT ;  49   100-pound bags of popcorn at Cleveland, Ohio.
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3). the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and
insect and rodent filth. 
DISPOSITION :   January 2,1947.   The A. L. Bazzini Co., claimant, having admitted
the facts set forth in the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the
product was ordered released under bond for conversion into animal feed,
under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
