NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted iQ 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect 
fragments and mites.
DISPOSITION : May 15 and June 17, 1947. Default decrees of condemnation and 
destruction.
