Nebr., and Frank Kalous, from Sumner, Nebr.
PRODUCT:    Cream.   22   10-gallon cans at Denver, Colo.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted - 
in whole or in part of a filthy, decomposed, or putrid animal substance. (Ex- j 
amination showed that the product contained rodent hairs, insects, insect parts, ,-j 
manure, and an excessive amount of nondescript matter.)

DISPOSITION : August 22, 1945. The consignee having consented to the entry of * 
decrees, the product was ordered destroyed.
