LABEL IN PART : "Staff-O-Life Mustard Greens." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION : September 16, 1948. The Hinton Food Products Co** claimant, having filed an answer denying that the product was adulterated and sub- sequently having indicated that it did not desire to further contest the matter, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
