ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about September 9,1947, by the Roberts Canning
from Fayetteville, Ark. 
PRODUCT:   2,190 cases, each containing 24   1-pound, 3-ounce cans of tomato!
Springfield, Mo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Misbranding, Section 403  (h)   (1). the article was
standard in quality since it failed to meet the requirements of the standari
strength and redness of color, and its label failed to bear a statement that
product fell below such standard. 
DISPOSITION :   April  5, 1948.   The Roberts Canning Co. having appeare
claimant, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordj
released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under
supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
