PRODUCT: 5 100-pound bags of corn meal at Chicago, Ill., in possession of the Hoover Food Products Corp. NATURE OF CHARGE : The article was adulterated while held for sale after ship- ment in interstate commerce under Section 402 (a) (3), in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent pellets and larvae; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the article was held under Insanitary conditions whereby It may have become contaminated with filth.
