ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about February 9, 1946, from Shawnee, Okla. PRODUCT: 260 25-pound sacks of flour at Abbeville, La. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae and weevils. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : January 4, 1949. Default decree of condemnation. The prod- uct was ordered delivered to a charitable institution, to be used as hog feed.
