ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 21,1948, from Milwaukee, Wis. PRODUCT: 200 100-pound unlabeled bags of corn grits at Reading, Ohio. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. (The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate com- merce.) DISPOSITION : November 3, 1948. The Cincinnati Brewing Co., claimant, hav- ing admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was en- tered and the product was ordered released under bond to be denatured and converted into hog feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
