ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 19,1946, from Brooklyn, N. Y. PRODUCT: 110 cases, each containing 24 8-ounce jars, of salad dressing at New London, Conn. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product was unfit for food by reason of its rancid odor and taste rendering it unpalatable.
