ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 22 and August 13, 1948, from Denver, Colo. PRODUCT: 32 50-pound bags, 11 25-pound bags, 8 10-pound bags, and 40 5- pound bags of flour at McRae, Ga. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. It was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : October 29, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. The product was ordered delivered to a charitable institution, for use as animal feed.
