ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 16 and April 26,1948. from Ogden, Utah. PRODUCT: 153 25-pound, 62 10-pound, and 56 5-pound bags of flour at Shreve- port, La. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION: September 17, 1948. Baker, Lawhon & Ford, Inc., Shreveport, La., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be de- natured for use as animal feed, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
