ALLEGED SHIPMENT :   On or about October 24, 1946, from Clearfield, Utah.
PRODUCT: 23 cases, each containing 24 1-pound, 14-ounce cans, of unpitted 
cherries at Las Vegas, Nev.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of its chemical 
decomposition. It was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in 
interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION : October 29, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
