ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about July 27, 1948, by J. J. Ordille, from Ham-
monton, N. J. 
PRODUCT:    5   crates,   each   containing   24   quart   baskets,   of  blueberries   at
Boston, Mass.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance. (Examination showed that the 
product contained maggots.)
DISPOSITION: August 31, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and de- 
struction.
