PRODUCT:   3 crates, each containing 24 quart baskets, and 20 quart baskets, of
blueberries at Buffalo, N. Y. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of maggots and larvae.
DISPOSITION : September 3, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
