PRODUCT: 24 50-pound bags and 57 25-pound bags of flour at Newnan, Ga. 838378—40- NATURE OF CHARGE: The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce under Section 402 (a) (3), in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the* presence of rodent urine and insects. DISPOSITION: December 2, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. The prod- uct was ordered delivered to a Federal institution.
