50 30-pound cartons of seedless raisins at Wilmington, Calif., consigned to 
Honolulu, Hawaii.
LABEL IN PART: "Wrestco Shelled Nuts All-Brite Walnuts," "High Grade Shelled 
Pecans," or Westeo Brand Midget Thompson Seedless Raisins."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the products consisted in 
whole or in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of insects.
DISPOSITION:   January    6,    1949.   Default    decree    of    condemnation 
destruction.
