NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of m< 
walnut meats, and portions of the product (139 cartons) consisted in whol 
in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta 
rodent hairs. The article was adulterated while held for sale after s 
Rent in interstate commerce.
