ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 27 and 31 and August 7, 1948, from State of Minnesota into the State of Illinois. LABEL IN PART: "Imperial Valley Queen Flour," "Minnesota Standard Pate Flour Milled For Chicago Flour Company, Chicago, Ill.," or "First Clear Flour." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae, insect fragmeati insects, larva east skins, and rodent hair fragments; and, Section 402 (a) (M it had been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: February 11, 1949. Pleas of guilty having been entered, the partnership was fined $300 and the individual defendant $200.
