Foods Corp., from Boston, Mass.
PRODUCT: Canned blueberries. 20 cases, each containing 24 1-pound, 4-ounce 
cans, at Altoona, Pa., and 100 cases, each containing 24 14%-ounce cans, at 
Pittsburgh, Pa.
LABEL IN PART :    "Sea-Land Selected Blueberries."
NATURE OF CHARGE:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the article consisted
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of
decomposed blueberries.

destruction.
