PRODUCT; 248 cans, each containing 5 pounds, of pretzels, and 73 cans, each containing 200 pretzels, at Camden, N. J. LABEL IN PART : "Cadet Butter Pretzels." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments and rodent hair fragments. DISPOSITION : July 23, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. It was ordered that the product be delivered to a charitable institution and that the containers be returned to the owner.
