ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about March 18, 1949, by the Burlington Creamery Co., from Burlington, Kans. PRODUCT: 13 cases, each containing 63 pounds, of butter at Kansas City, Mo. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter. DISPOSITION : March 29, 1949. N. C. Christian, doing business as the Burling- ton Creamery Co., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judg- ment of condemnation was entered. The court ordered that the product be released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
