DISPOSITION : August 25,1949. The Cumberland Dairy Products Co., Inc., claim- 
ant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation 
was entered. The court ordered that the product be released under bond, to be 
repacked and relabeled under, the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
