LABEL, IN PART : "Sexton * * * Tomato Puree." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (30, the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- composed tomato material. DISPOSITION : August 12, 1949. Default decree of condemnation. Thirty-nine cases of the product having been found to be suitable for food use, the court entered an order directing that these cases be sold or delivered to a charitable institution, and that the remainder of the product be destroyed.
