ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 30,1948, by Orangeburg Foods, Inc., from Orangeburg, S. C. PRODUCT: 600 cases, each containing 12 1-quart jars, of pickles at Wilkes- boro, Pa. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article was unfit for food by reason of the presence of grit. DISPOSITION : April 22, 1949. Orangeburg Foods, Inc., claimant, having con- sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond for reprocessing under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
