NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and
insect fragments. 
DISPOSITION :   July 12, 1949.   A default decree was entered, providing for the
destruction of the article unless properly denatured and disposed of for use
as animal feed.
