ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about June 4, 1948, by the C. F. Buelow Co., from Seattle, Wash. PRODUCT: 79 cases, each containing 48 7% -ounce cans, of salmon at Milwaukee, Wis. Examination showed that some cans contained chum salmon and that others contained pink salmon. LABEL IN PART: "Silver Bright Brand Medium Red Cohoe Salmon." 872378—50 2 Bed Cohoe Salmon" was false and misleading as applied to an article consisting of chum salmon or pink salmon. DISPOSITION: August 23, 1949. The C. F. Buelow Co., claimant, having con- sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for relabeling, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
