ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 24 and April 2 and 6, 1949, from the 
State of Tennessee into the States of Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama.
LABEL IN PART :   "Turnbull's Serva-Cone" or "Turnbull Cup-O-Joy."
IfciTURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments, rodent 
hair fragments, and rodent excreta pellet fragments;
" and Section 402 (a) (4), 
it had been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may 
have become contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION : November 10, 1949. Pleas of guilty having been entered, a joint 
fine of $500 was imposed.
