ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about July 25, 1949, by Mrs. J. Alonis, from Toby- 
hanna, Pa.
PRODUCT: 22 quarts, and 1 crate containing 24 1-quart .baskets, of blueberries 
at Buffalo, N. Y. Examination showed that the product was infested with 
maggots or larvae.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance.
DISPOSTION :   August 22,1949.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
