ALLEGED SHIPMENT :   On or about December 10, 18, and 23, 1948, from Havana,
Cuba. 
PRODUCT:   215   25-pound bags of grated coconut and 1,150 cases, each containing
48   4-ounce packages, of shredded coconut at West Palm Beach, Fla. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of polluted
water.   The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in
interstate commerce. 
DISPOSITION :   November 30,1949.   Default decree of forfeiture and destruction.
