ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 15 and 22, 1949, by R. Straccuzzi, from 
Pittsfield, Mass.
PRODUCT: 28 crates, each containing 24 quarts, of frozen blueberries at Albany, 
N. Y.   Analysis showed that the product was infested with maggots.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance.
DISPOSITION: October 12, 1949. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
