PRODUCT:   Canned clams in shell.   241 cases at New Bedford, Mass., and 14
cases at Springfield, Mass.   Each case contained 24   2-pound Kans. 
LABEL IN PART :    (Can) "G & D Brand   Clams In The Shell." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in
whole or in part of a decomposed substance.   Examination showed that the
product was decomposed.
