LABEL IN PART: "Jersey Farm Creamery Butter * * * Dist. by Jersey Farm Dairy Ft. Thomas, Ky." NATURE OF CHARGE:: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a decomposed substance since it was made from decomposed cream, as evidenced by the high mold mycelia count. DISPOSITION: November 8, 1949. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be sold for technical use.
