Co., from Cincinnati, Ohio.
PRODUCT:   15   32-pound boxes of butter at Fort Thomas, Ky.

NATURE OF CHARGE:: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in part of a decomposed substance since it was made from decomposed cream, 
as evidenced by the high mold mycelia count.
DISPOSITION: November 8, 1949. Default decree of condemnation. The court 
ordered that the product be sold for technical use.
