from Chicago, Ill. 
PRODUCT:   359 cases, each containing 8   3-pound cartons, of frozen shrimp at
Denver, Colo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE :   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in.
whole or in part of a putrid substance by reason of the presence of putrid
shrimp. 
DISPOSITION:   November 30, 1949.   Fast Frozen Foods, Inc., claimant, having 
consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and

the court ordered that the product be released under bond, to be denatured for 
use as bait shrimp under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
