the products had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby they 
may have become contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION: February 3, 1950. Default decree of condemnation. The 
court ordered that the products be destroyed, with the exception of 48 
bottles which were ordered delivered to the Food and Drug Administration.
