ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 19 and November 14, 1949, by the 
Orangeburg Pecan Co., from Orangeburg, S. C.
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of 
decomposed pecan meats.
DISPOSITION : January 23 and February 10,1950. Default decrees of condemna- 
tion. The court ordered that the New York lot of the product be destroyed, 
and that the Minnesota lot be destroyed unless it was properly denatured and 
disposed of as animal feed.
