NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (1), valuable constituents, thiamine (vitamin Bi) and potassium iodide, had been in whole or in part omitted from the product. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statements "0.01% Potassium Iodide * * * Thiamin Bi (1.0 mg.) * * * Three grams (%o oz.) * * * Provide the following adult daily minimum requirements 100% Vitamin Bi" were false and misleading.
