prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby they may have 
become contaminated with filth; and, Section 402 (c), the articles contained 
coal-tar colors, namely, F D & C Blue No. 1 in the "Blue Color" and F D & C 
Orange No. 1 and F D & C Yellow No. 5 in the "Yellow Egg Color," which 
colors were other than ones from batches that had been certified in accordance 
with the regulations.
DISPOSITION : January 31,1950. Pleas of nolo contendere having been entered, 
the court imposed a fine of $100 against each defendant.
