ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about March 21 and 29, 1949, by Frigid Food Prod- 
ucts, Inc., Detroit, Mich.
PRODUCT: 100 tins, each containing 25 to 30 pounds, of raspberry seeds at Chi- 
cago, Ill.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects 
and insect fragments.
DISPOSITION :   March 3, 1950.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
