ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about August 3 and 12, 1949, from the State of Illinois into the States of Michigan and Indiana. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of live larvae, insect webbing, insect fragments, live and dead beetles, and insect pellets; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared and packed under insanitary con- ditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth.
