ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about December 2, 1949, by the Edwards Packing 
Co., from Minneapolis, Minn.
PRODUCT: 15 cases, each containing 20 15-ounce packages, of raisins at Eau 
Claire, Wis.
LABEL IN PART :   "Muscat Cluster Sun-Rich Raisins."
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect
webbing.
DISPOSITION : March 14, 1950. Default decree of forfeiture. The court ordered 
that the product be disposed of for purposes other than for human consumption 
or that it be destroyed.
