ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about October 31 and November 3, 1949, from the
State of Illinois into the State of Missouri. 
LABEL IN PART :    "Quincy Maid   Potato Chips." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section, 402 (a)   (4), the product had been
prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become
contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION : March 10, 1950. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court 
fined the defendant $200.
