ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about December 5, 1949, by the Edwards Packing 
Co., Fresno, Calif.
PRODUCT:   5 cases, each containing 20    15-ounce packages, of raisins at Winona,
Minn.
LABEL, IN PART :    "Muscat Cluster Sun Rich Raisins."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect 
webbing.
DISPOSITION : March 30, 1950. A default decree was entered and the court 
ordered that the product be denatured for use as animal feed, or destroyed.
