Inc., from Hurlock, Md.
PRODUCT:   25 unlabeled 55-gallon barrels of red peppers (in brine) at St. Louis,
Mo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of flies, fly
eggs, maggots, and other insects.
DISPOSITION : February 10,1950. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
