DISPOSITION: January 17, 1950. The J. W. Buffington Co., Baltimore, Md., 
claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemna- 
tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under 
bond for segregation of the fit from the unfit portion, under the supervision of 
the Food and Drug Administration. Segregation operations resulted in the 
rejection of 19% Kans.
