Paso, Tex., by the New Mexico Plains Cooperative Creamery. The product 
subsequently was returned to Portales, N. Mex., by the consignee.
PRODUCT: 5 boxes, each containing approximately 50 pounds, of Cheddar eheese 
at Portales, N. Mex.
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect parts, 
manure* and dirt, and by reason of the use of filthy milk in its preparation.
