NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, insect- fragments, and insect excreta. DISPOSITION : August 14, 1950. Pleas of nolo contendere having been entered, the corporation was fined $1,001. Sentence against the individual was sus- pended, and he was placed on probation for two years.
